Spicy Paneer Tikka
Marinated paneer cooked in a spicy Indian-inspired sauce. This dish is a great option for vegetarians who love a little heat.

- β1 tsp (adjust to taste) spicy
- β250g yogurt
- β1 tsp garam masala
- β1 tsp coriander powder
- β1 tsp cumin powder
- β1 tsp salt
- β2 tbsp lemon juice
- β2 tbsp oil

1. Cut the paneer into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, and lemon juice.

3. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat.

4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

6. Remove the paneer cubes from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.

7. Add the paneer cubes to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

8. In a small bowl, mix together the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and the spicy powder.
