Spicy Paneer Keto Kebabs
A keto-friendly Indian-inspired dish made with paneer, spices, and a hint of smokiness.
Ingredients

- β1 tsp spicyuse store-bought or homemade spice mix
- β2 tbsp ghee
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β1 tsp cumin powder
- β1 tsp coriander powder
- β1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- βchopped, for garnish fresh cilantro

Cut the paneer into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together the ghee, salt, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, and cayenne pepper.

Thread the paneer cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Brush the paneer with the spice mixture, making sure they're evenly coated.

Heat a non-stick skillet or grill over medium-high heat.

Add the paneer skewers and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
