Argentinian Chicken Casserole with Chestnut and Oozy Sauce
A unique Indian-inspired casserole made with Argentinian chicken, chestnut, and a creamy oozy sauce, all wrapped up in a delicious peppery crust.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Argentinian chicken breast
- β1 cup Chestnut flour
- β1 cup Oozy sauce (made from cream and cheese)
- β2 tbsp Peppercorns
- β2 tbsp Coconut oil
- β1 tsp Cumin powder
- β1 tsp Turmeric powder
- βto taste Salt
- βchopped Fresh cilantro

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a bowl, mix together cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

Rub the spice mixture on the Argentinian chicken breast.

Heat coconut oil in a pan and cook the chicken breast until browned.

In a separate pan, heat the oozy sauce over low heat.

In a greased casserole dish, arrange the cooked chicken breast.

Pour the heated oozy sauce over the chicken breast.

Mix together chestnut flour and a little water to make a thick paste.

Spread the chestnut paste on top of the casserole.
