Argentinian Casserole with Chestnut and Oozy Sauce
A hearty German-inspired casserole featuring the flavors of Argentina, with a rich and creamy sauce.

- ●250g Chestnut mushroomssliced
- ●200ml Oozy cheese saucesee instructions
- ●200g Peppery breadcrushed
- ●1x 23cm Casseroleoven-safe dish

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook the Argentinian sausage in a pan over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the sliced chestnut mushrooms to the pan and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown.

In a separate saucepan, heat the oozy cheese sauce over low heat, stirring occasionally.

In the casserole dish, combine the cooked sausage and mushroom mixture. Top with the heated cheese sauce.

Sprinkle the crushed peppery bread over the top of the casserole.

Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the sauce is bubbly.
