Pan-Seared Bass with Light Oceanic Soup
A light and flavorful dish featuring pan-seared bass served with a refreshing oceanic soup.
Ingredients
- β4 Bass filletsFresh bass fillets for 4 servings
- β1 tsp Sea saltTo taste
- β1 bunch Fresh parsleyChopped for garnish
- β1 tsp Kenyan sea saltTo taste
- β2 tbsp Olive oilFor pan-searing
- β2 cups Light oceanic soup brothHomemade or store-bought
- β2 medium Kenyan tomatoesDiced for soup
- β1 sprig Fresh basilFor garnish

1. Season bass fillets with sea salt and Kenyan sea salt.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add bass fillets to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes per side.

4. Remove bass from the skillet and set aside.

5. In the same skillet, add diced Kenyan tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.

6. Add light oceanic soup broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
