Vietnamese Pork Com Tam
A traditional Vietnamese dish made with grilled pork, served with steamed tam and fragrant com.

Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork shouldercut into thinly sliced pieces
- β2 cups Tam (water caltrop)peeled and halved
- β2 cups Com (broken rice)
- β2 tablespoons Fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sugar
- β1 teaspoon Black pepper
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Instructions

Marinate pork in a mixture of fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.

Grill pork over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
