Vietnamese Pork Belly Stir Fry
A delicious and flavorful stir fry dish that combines the sweetness of pork belly with the spices of Vietnam. It's a perfect meal for a cold evening.

- β1 pound pork bellycut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 cups Vietnamese nochior substitute with com
- β1/2 cup vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons fish saucefor flavor
- β1 tablespoon sugarfor balance
- β2 tablespoons soy saucefor flavor
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped for garnish

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the pork belly and fry until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

3. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

4. Add more oil if necessary and stir-fry the chopped onion until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

6. Add the Vietnamese nochi and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until it starts to brown.

7. Add the cooked pork belly back into the skillet, along with the fish sauce, sugar, and soy sauce.
