Beef Stew with a Ukrainian Twist

- β2 tablespoons Mildly spiced ukrainian paprika
- β1 large Onion
- β2 medium Carrot
- β2 large Potato
- β2 cups Beef broth
- β1 cup Red wine
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- βchopped (for garnish) Fresh parsley

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
