Braised Croatian Tomatoes

- β1/4 cup, sliced midnight black olives
- β1 large, chopped onion
- β3 cloves, minced garlic
- β2 tsp croatian paprika
- β1 tsp salt
- β1/2 tsp pepper
- β1 cup braising liquid (stock or wine)

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
