Monsoon Mascarpone Delight
A creamy, sweet dessert perfect for warm weather. This recipe combines the richness of mascarpone with the sweetness of monsoon delight.
Ingredients
- β8 oz (225g) Mascarpone
- β1 cup (200g) Monsoon Delight
- β1 cup (200g) Granulated Sugar
- β1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- β1 cup (240ml) Heavy Cream
- β1 tsp Lemon Zest

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together the Mascarpone and Granulated Sugar until smooth.

Add the Vanilla Extract and whisk until combined.

In a separate bowl, whip the Heavy Cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold the whipped cream into the Mascarpone mixture until well combined.
