Savory Cheese Pull-Apart Bread
A German-inspired cheese bread filled with gooey cheese and a hint of arabian spice, perfect for a snack or dinner.

- β1 cup shredded Gooey Cheese
- β2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- β1 teaspoon Arabian Spice
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1 tablespoon Sugar
- β1 package (12 oz) Pull-Apart Bread Dough

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the beer, gooey cheese, flour, arabian spice, salt, and sugar. Mix until a smooth dough forms.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it becomes elastic and smooth.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and roll it out into a large rectangle.

Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.

Place the balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 1 inch of space between each ball.
