Lemony Falafel Wrap

- β4 tablespoons Lemony Sauce (see notes)
- β4-6 wraps Pita Wrap
- β1 cup Crunchy Lettuce
- β1 cup Tomato
- β1/2 cup Red Onionthinly sliced
- β1/2 cup Cucumberthinly sliced

1. Preheat a pan with a small amount of oil over medium heat.

2. Add the falafel to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until crispy.

3. Warm the pita wraps by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
