Thai Lo Mein Stir Fry
A quick and easy Thai-inspired stir-fry made with lo mein noodles, vegetables, and a flavorful sauce.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Lo Mein Noodles
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β1 tsp Caraway seeds
- β2 cloves Gingerminced
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tbsp Rice vinegar
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes, until translucent.

Add the caraway seeds and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the minced ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the lo mein noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and rice vinegar.

Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until the noodles are well coated.
