Sun-Kissed Chicken Stir Fry
A delicious and easy stir-fry recipe made with sun-kissed Australian chicken, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 medium Bell pepper
- β1 cup Snow peas
- β2 tablespoons Stir-fry sauce
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.
