Kissed by the Sun Australian Chicken Stir Fry
A fusion of Indian and Australian flavors, this stir fry is a perfect blend of spices and freshness.
Ingredients
- β500g Kissed by the Sun Australian Chicken
- β1 piece Australian chicken breast
- β1 large onion
- β1 large bell pepper
- β2 tbsp stir fry sauce
- β1 tbsp soy sauce
- β1 tsp honey
- β1 tsp garam masala
- β1 tsp sugar
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

Add the onion and bell pepper to the pan and cook until tender.

Add the stir fry sauce, soy sauce, honey, garam masala, sugar, salt, and black pepper to the pan.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.

Return the chicken to the pan and stir to coat with the sauce.
