Italian Beef Birria Tacos
A fusion twist on traditional Italian and Mexican dishes, featuring tender Italian beef in a rich birria sauce.

- β1/2 teaspoon dried oregano jubilant
- β2 cloves garlic, minced tender
- β1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped mexican
- β2 cups beef broth beef broth
- β1 cup red wine red wine

2. Season the beef with oregano, garlic, and chipotle pepper.

3. Sear the beef in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat until browned on all sides.

4. Add the beef broth, red wine, and tomato paste to the pot. Stir to combine.

5. Cover the pot and transfer it to the preheated oven.

6. Braise the beef for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until tender.

7. Shred the beef with two forks and return it to the pot.

8. Simmer the birria sauce over low heat for 10-15 minutes.

9. Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
