Spicy Tagine Chicken
A Thai-inspired chicken dish with a flavorful tagine sauce, made with aromatic spices and a hint of smokiness.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds chicken breast
- β2 tablespoons dash tagine spice blend
- β2 tablespoons intensely flavored olive oil
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 cup chicken broth
- β1/2 cup coconut milk
- β2 tablespoons fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon brown sugar
- β1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Heat the intensely flavored olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the dash tagine spice blend and cook for 1 minute.

Add the chicken broth, coconut milk, fish sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes to the skillet.
