Irish Golden Gratin
A rich and creamy Irish golden gratin dish made with golden potatoes, glorious cheese, and a touch of irish flair.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup grated cheddar cheese Glorious Cheese
- ●2 tablespoons unsalted butter Irish Butter
- ●2 cloves minced garlic Garlic

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large saucepan, boil the sliced potatoes in salted water until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.

In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the grated cheddar cheese to the saucepan and stir until melted and smooth.

In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, create a layer of potatoes. Top with a layer of the cheese mixture and repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese.
