Garlicky Malaysian Vegetable Bake
A flavorful and easy-to-make vegetable bake from Malaysia, featuring a garlicky twist.
Ingredients

- β1 large sweet potatoespeeled and cubed
- β4 medium carrotspeeled and sliced
- β2 large bell peppersseeds removed and sliced
- β1 medium onionsliced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 cup vegetable broth
- β1/2 cup lacto-free milk

In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, and onion.
