Spanish Chicken and Tortilla Espanola
A flavorful and satisfying gluten-free dish made with chicken, tortilla, and Spanish-inspired ingredients.

- ●2 tablespoons olive oil

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breast and cook until browned on both sides.
