Pan-Seared Aubergine with Garlic and Herbs
A flavorful French-inspired aubergine dish, perfect for a weeknight dinner. The combination of garlic, herbs, and melted cheese creates a rich and satisfying flavor.
Ingredients

- ●2 sprigs Baby herbs (such as thyme and rosemary)

2. Cut the aubergine into 1/2-inch thick slices.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.

4. Brush the garlic-herb mixture evenly onto both sides of the aubergine slices.
