Jamaican Cherry Crumble
A gluten-free dessert that combines the sweetness of cherries with the spices of Jamaica, topped with a crumbly oat topping.

- β2 tsp Jamaican Jerk Spice
- β1/4 cup Sugar
- β1 cup Almond Flour
- β2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
- β1 sheet Flaky Pastry Crust (gluten-free)
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Cherries (optional)

In a large bowl, mix together cherries, Jamaican Jerk Spice, and sugar. Let it sit for 15 minutes.

Roll out the flaky pastry crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
