Empanada Pasta Bake
A savory empanada-inspired pasta bake with a flaky crust and a fusion of Argentine flavors.
Ingredients
- β12 oz Flaky Pasta
- β1 lb Ground BeefCooked and seasoned
- β1 cup Empanada FillingHomemade or store-bought
- β1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- β1/2 cup Diced Onions
- β1/2 cup Diced Bell Peppers
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β Salt and Pepper

Cook pasta al dente and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook the ground beef until browned.
