Kenyan Fried Chicken
A crispy fried chicken dish inspired by Kenyan flavors. This recipe combines spicy fermented flavors with a crunchy exterior.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons fermented Kenyan hot sauce
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 cup all-purpose flour
- β2 large eggs
- β1/2 cup stir-fry oil
- β1 cup crispy fried onion ringsstore-bought or homemade

In a large bowl, mix together the hot sauce and garlic.
