Jamaican Bao Burgers
A flavorful twist on traditional burgers, featuring Jamaican seasoning and served on a soft bao bun.

- β2 tsp Jamaican seasoning
- β4 slices Cheddar cheese
- β4 Bao buns
- β1 cup Quick fix patty mix
- β1 tsp Fermented hot sauce
- β4 Aerated brioche buns

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, mix together Quick fix patty mix and Jamaican seasoning.

3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into patties.

4. Grill the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

5. Meanwhile, toast the Bao buns on the grill or in a toaster.

6. Assemble the burgers by spreading a slice of Cheddar cheese on the bottom bun, followed by a patty, a dollop of Fermented hot sauce, and finally the top bun.
