Smoky Breakfast Skillet

- β4 large EggsFresh from the fridge
- β6 slices Smoky BaconLook for thick-cut bacon for a smokier flavor
- β1 cup Chopped Bell PeppersAny color bell pepper works well
- β1 medium OnionThinly slice the onion for even cooking
- β3 cloves GarlicMince the garlic for added flavor
- β1 cup Shredded CheeseCheddar or Monterey Jack work well

1. Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
