Spicy Egg Frittata
A delicious vegetarian breakfast dish filled with spicy flavors.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup (diced jalapeno) spicyadjust to taste
- β1/2 cup (diced) onion
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1/2 cup (shredded) cheddar cheese

- βto taste pepper
- β1/2 cup (diced) bell pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Whisk eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add diced onion and cook until translucent.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add chopped bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
