Easy American Chicken Casserole
A classic American casserole with a French twist, featuring tender chicken and a creamy sauce.
Ingredients
- ●1 1/2 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ●1 can (10.5 oz) Canned cream of mushroom soup
- ●1 cup French-fried onions
- ●1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- ●2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- ●2 tablespoons Butter
- ● Salt and pepper
- ●1/4 cup Fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook chicken breasts in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned on both sides and cooked through.

In a separate skillet, sauté the French-fried onions in butter until golden brown.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, and cooked chicken. Stir until well combined.

In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, arrange a layer of the chicken mixture.
