Japanese Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients
- β500g chicken breastcut into 1-inch cubes
- β1/4 cup dry soy saucefor marinade
- β2 tbsp crunchy sesame oilfor marinade
- β1 tsp indian garam masalafor marinade
- β10 kebab skewersfor grilling
- β2 tbsp honeyfor glaze
- β1 tsp brown sugarfor glaze
- β2 tbsp minced gingerfor glaze

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and garam masala. Add the chicken cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
