Crispy Chicken Kebabs
Crispy and flavorful kebabs made with marinated chicken, perfect for a quick Chinese-inspired meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastscut into 1-inch pieces
- β1/4 cup kebab saucestore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons cornstarchfor coating chicken
- β1/4 cup vegetable oilfor frying
- β1/4 cup dry breadcrumbsfor coating chicken
- β1/4 cup chopped scallionsfor garnish
- β1 teaspoon grated gingerfor marinade

1. In a large bowl, whisk together kebab sauce, cornstarch, and grated ginger. Add the chicken and mix until coated.

2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

3. Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan or a deep fryer to 350Β°F.

4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and coat with dry breadcrumbs. Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
