Tunisian Frittata
A creamy and flavorful Tunisian-inspired omelette made with eggs and a blend of spices.
Ingredients
- β4 eggs
- β1/2 cup creamy cheesesuch as goat cheese or feta
- β1 tsp tunisian spicesa blend of cumin, coriander, and paprika
- β1 onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 cup parsleychopped
- β1/2 tsp salt
- β1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, creamy cheese, and tunisian spices.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked onion and garlic in the skillet.

Cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the edges start to set.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the frittata is set.
