Tunisian Vegan Frittata

- β1/2 cup pitted and sliced Tunisian olives
- β1/4 cup creamy hummus
- β1 block crumbled frittata (made with tofu and turmeric)
- β1/4 cup crumbled vegan feta cheese (made with tofu and nutritional yeast)
- β1/4 cup chopped arugula
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β1 tablespoon olive oil
