Tunisian Frittata
A keto twist on the classic Italian omelette, incorporating Tunisian flavors and ingredients.
Ingredients
- β6 large eggs eggsroom temperature
- β1 small frittata, diced frittata
- β1 tsp tunisian seasoning tunisian
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley delicate
- β1/4 cup grated feta cheese creamy
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, tunisian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a 9-inch (23cm) oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Add the diced frittata and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Pour the egg mixture over the frittata and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with feta cheese and parsley.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
