Chicken Crunchy Noodle Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry recipe using chicken, crunchy ingredients, and noodles. Serve immediately for a delicious meal.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- β8 ounces chinese noodles
- β1/4 cup chopped scallions
- β1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon honey
- β1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- β1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the crunchy peanut butter to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
