Greek Feta Chicken
A simple and flavorful chicken dish with a Mediterranean twist. Serve hot with a side of roasted vegetables.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 cup stir fry medley
- β1 block feta cheese
- β salt
- β pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
