Thai Stir-Fry Recipe
A quick and easy Thai stir-fry recipe made with your choice of protein and vegetables, served over a bed of steamed rice.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Chicken breastBoneless and skinless
- β2 Bell peppersAny color
- β1 OnionsThinly sliced
- β1 cup Snow peasFresh or frozen
- β2 tbsp Stir-fry sauceHomemade or store-bought
- β2 tbsp Olive oilFor cooking
- β1 tsp Mediterranean seasoningFor added flavor
- βto taste SaltFor seasoning
- βto taste PepperFor seasoning
- β4 cups Cooked riceFor serving
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.

Add the sliced onions and cook until they start to soften, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the bell peppers and cook until they start to soften, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the snow peas and cook until they are tender-crisp, about 2 minutes.

Add the stir-fry sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables and sauce.
