Mexican Crispy Corn Fritters
A crispy and savory twist on traditional corn fritters, infused with Mexican flavors. Serve as a snack or side dish.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup, crushed crisps
- β1/4 cup, chopped with
- β1/4 cup, finely chopped pickles
- β1 eggbeaten
- βto taste salt

1. In a large bowl, whisk together cornmeal, crushed crisps, and salt.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together beaten egg and chopped with.

3. Add chopped pickles to the egg mixture and stir to combine.

5. Heat about 1/2 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
