Saudi Arabian Pul Kebabs
A keto twist on traditional kebabs, using Saudi Arabian spices and served with crispy flatbread.

- β8 slices Buttery Crispy Flatbread
- β2 tsp Saudi Arabian Spice Blendavailable at Middle Eastern grocery stores
- β1 cup Pulground lamb or beef
- β1/4 cup, chopped Biber Pepper
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, combine pul, Saudi Arabian Spice Blend, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
