Japanese Tofu Gratin

- ●1 cup Frenchbread, cubed
- ●1 cup Gooeymelted cheese, shredded
- ●1 cup Bitterbitter melon, sliced
- ●1 cup Gratingratin topping, store-bought or homemade

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the tofu into small cubes and set aside.

In a pan, sauté the bitter melon slices until tender.
