Slow Cooker Beef Stew
A hearty and flavorful beef stew made with tender beef and a variety of aromatics. Perfect for a cold winter's night.

- β1 large aromatic onion
- β2 teaspoons syrian pepper
- β2 medium sweet carrot
- β1 large red bell pepper
- β2 cups stewbeef broth

Season the beef with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the beef to a slow cooker.

Add the onion, pepper, carrot, and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the cooked vegetables to the slow cooker with the beef.
