Italian Cannellini Bean Stew
A hearty Italian-inspired stew made with cannellini beans, aromatic vegetables, and a touch of Syrian spices. Serve with crusty bread for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

- β2 cloves of garlic, minced syrian
- β2 medium carrots, chopped stew
- β2 stalks celery, chopped stew
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β4 cups chicken broth
- β1 teaspoon dried thyme
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
