Brazilian Chicken Skewers with Aromatic Flavor

Ingredients

- ●1 cup Pineapple chunks
- ●1/2 pound Brazilian-style sausagesuch as linguiça
- ●1 large Onionthinly sliced
- ●1 large Bell pepperthinly sliced
- ●3 cloves Garlicminced
- ●1/4 cup Chimichurri saucestore-bought or homemade
- ●1/4 cup Cilantrochopped
- ●2 tablespoons Lime juice

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F).

Thread chicken, pineapple, sausage, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers.

In a small bowl, mix together garlic, chimichurri sauce, and cilantro.

Brush the mixture onto both sides of the skewers.
