Spicy Thai Stir-Fry
A quick and flavorful Thai-inspired stir-fry made with the freshest ingredients.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, sliced Slovakian sausage
- β1/2 cup, sliced Fry onions
- β1 can, diced Aerated tomatoes
- β1 cup, sliced Monsoon peppers
- β2 tablespoons Stir-fry sauce
- β1 tablespoon Yogurt
- β1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- β1/4 cup, chopped Thai basil leaves

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onions and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the sliced Slovakian sausage and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.

Add the sliced Monsoon peppers and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.

Add the diced Aerated tomatoes, stir-fry sauce, and cooked sausage mixture to the skillet.

Stir in the chopped Thai basil leaves and cook for 1 minute.

Serve the spicy stir-fry hot, garnished with additional Thai basil leaves if desired.

Garnish with a dollop of yogurt to cool down the heat.
