Monsoon Italian Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry dish with a Monsoon twist, made with Slovakian ingredients and Italian flair.
Ingredients
- β2 Monsoon peppersany color
- β1 Slovakian onionsthinly sliced
- β2 tablespoons Yogurtfor serving
- β2 tablespoons Aerated waterfor sauce
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1/4 cup Fresh basilchopped
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β1 teaspoon Fry spiceoptional
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the sliced onions and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the Monsoon peppers and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt and aerated water.

Pour the yogurt sauce over the vegetables and stir to combine.

Season with salt, black pepper, and fry spice (if using).

Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh basil.
