Vietnamese Garlic Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry recipe with a mix of vegetables and your choice of protein, inspired by Vietnamese cuisine.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastsliced into thin strips
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons adventurous sauceor to taste
- β1 cup bell pepperssliced
- β1 cup broccoliflorets
- β1 tablespoon brown sugaroptional
- β1 tablespoon fish sauceoptional
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor cooking
- β1 tablespoon soy sauceoptional
- β1 cup stir-fry mixyour choice of vegetables

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the bell peppers and broccoli to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until tender.

Add the stir-fry mix to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the adventurous sauce, brown sugar, fish sauce, and soy sauce (if using).

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to combine with the sauce and vegetables.
