Lamb and Zesty Chinese Stir Fry
A rich and flavorful stir fry dish made with lamb and a zesty Chinese sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 lb lambcut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tbsp soy sauce zestyor substitute with rice vinegar
- β2 tbsp oyster sauce richoptional
- β1 tsp ground cumin syrianadds a warm, earthy flavor
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil bakefor frying the lamb
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the lamb and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the lamb from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and ground cumin to the skillet.

Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

Return the lamb to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the lamb is cooked through.
