Middle Eastern Chickpea Kebabs
A flavorful and healthy meal made with marinated chickpea patties, grilled to perfection and served with a side of zesty sauce.
Ingredients

- β2 tsp middle eastern seasoning
- β1/4 cup zesty sauce
- β grill
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1 tsp cumin
- β1 tsp paprika
- β1 tsp salt
- β1 tsp pepper

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, mash the chickpeas using a fork or a potato masher.

Add the middle eastern seasoning, zesty sauce, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the chickpeas.

Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

Using your hands, shape the chickpea mixture into 4-6 patties.

Place the patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
