Spicy Prawn Toast
A flavorful and spicy dish combining succulent prawns with crispy toast.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Prawnspeeled and deveined
- β2 tsp Zesty Korean Chili Flakesor more to taste
- β4 slices Toastpreferably a day-old bread
- β1 tsp Vegetable Oilfor brushing
- β1 tsp Sesame Oiloptional
- βto taste Salt
- βchopped, for garnish Green Onions
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Brush both sides of toast slices with vegetable oil.

Bake the toast in the oven for 5 minutes, or until crispy and lightly browned.

Heat 1 tsp of sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the prawns and cook until pink and fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the prawns from the pan and set aside.

Add the Korean chili flakes to the pan and stir for 1 minute.

Add the cooked prawns back into the pan and toss to coat with the spicy mixture.

Serve the spicy prawns on top of the crispy toast.

Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
