Thai Prawn Toast
A simple and delicious Thai-inspired snack featuring succulent prawns on toasted bread.
Ingredients
- ●12 large prawns, peeled and deveined Prawns
- ●2 tablespoons (see notes) Zesty Zing Sauceor to taste
- ●1 teaspoon Korean Chili Flakes
- ●4 slices of white bread Bread
- ●for frying Vegetable Oil
Instructions

1. Heat 1-2 cm of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

2. Meanwhile, toast the bread slices until lightly browned. Set aside.

3. In a separate pan, heat the zesty zing sauce over low heat.

4. Add the Korean chili flakes to the zesty zing sauce and stir to combine.

5. Add the prawns to the zesty zing sauce and cook until pink and slightly charred.

6. Assemble the prawn toast by placing a prawn on each toasted bread slice.

7. Spoon the remaining zesty zing sauce over the prawns.

8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

9. Note: You can also bake the prawns in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.
