Irish Bacon Pasta Bake
A hearty, comforting casserole made with zesty pasta, crispy bacon, and a hint of irish flair. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Ingredients
- β8 oz pasta
- β6 slices irish bacon
- β1 tsp zestyoptional, for added flavor
- β1 cup grated cheddar cheeseoptional, but highly recommended
- β1 cup milk
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook irish bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.

In the same skillet, add a splash of milk and stir to combine with any remaining bacon drippings.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the milk mixture.

Stir in grated cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with crispy bacon.
